Training outcomes

Our programs are designed to build practical capability and professional judgment. Completing a program does not guarantee certification, licensure, recognition by any particular credentialing body, employment, wages, promotion, or any specific career outcome. Statements about what students may learn or practice describe instructional goals, not promises.

Use of artificial intelligence

Our coursework and some of our services may incorporate artificial intelligence tools. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. AI generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified person before it is relied upon. We design for human oversight and do not present AI outputs as infallible.

Blockchain credential verification

We may maintain records of completed work that can be made available for independent verification, including through blockchain based records. This is a record keeping feature intended to make a record harder to alter after the fact. It is not an accreditation, a license, or a guarantee of competency, and it does not by itself carry any external recognition. Public credential records should use the minimum information needed for verification and should not expose unnecessary personal information.

Training platform privacy and student records

CyberAI may use its secure training platform to deliver coursework, track student progress, store submissions, record assessment results, communicate with students, administer apprenticeship hour records when applicable, and support credential issuance. Training platform records may include personal information and are handled under the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and applicable record retention requirements.

Payments and enrollment

Payment options are processed by third party providers under their own terms. CyberAI does not collect or store full payment card details on this site. Available payment options are shown at checkout and may vary by program, region, and provider eligibility. Enrollment in any program is subject to the applicable terms and to the program being available.

Payment availability

Available payment methods are presented at checkout. A payment method that is not currently offered is simply not shown, and the absence of a payment method is not an offer of financing, credit, educational aid, workforce funding, scholarship support, or deferred payment.

Payment options not currently offered

CyberAI does not publicly offer payment aid, financing, scholarships, credit, deferred tuition, or payment extensions unless the specific option is presented as active with the required application, disclosures, eligibility terms, servicing terms, and written agreement.

Deferred Tuition Applications

Deferred Tuition is an application based payment option currently available only to U.S. residents. It is not a scholarship, grant, employment guarantee, apprenticeship guarantee, or public aid program. If approved, the applicant must review exact written disclosures before signing. Unless the signed agreement states otherwise, repayment begins six months after successful completion and is made in 18 equal monthly payments with no interest.

Credential services and nonpayment

CyberAI may limit optional CyberAI issued credential services for unresolved overdue Deferred Tuition balances after notice and cure periods, where allowed by law. This may include suspending new digital credential issuance, public blockchain credential publication, third party credential verification, or credential display access until the balance is resolved. CyberAI will not falsify completion records.

No guarantee of employment

Nothing on this site is a promise of a job, an apprenticeship position, a placement, an interview, hiring, advancement, wages, or employment of any kind. References to apprenticeship frameworks and workforce programs describe structures and standards, not guaranteed outcomes.

Government and compliance references

References to standards and bodies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC describe frameworks we design toward or work within. They do not assert a current registration, sponsorship, certification, authorization, or award unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Accessibility

Disputes and arbitration

The Terms and Conditions include a binding individual arbitration clause, class action waiver, a governing law provision, and arbitration venue language to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Visitors, students, applicants, clients, and users should review those terms before submitting information, enrolling, accessing the CyberAI training platform, or using CyberAI services.
