Acceptance of terms

By accessing our website, creating an account, or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and the policies referenced here. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Enrollment

Enrollment in a paid training is completed at checkout for the specific course you select. Creating a free account or previewing the first chapter of one course does not enroll you in a paid program and does not grant full course access. Access to paid content requires a successful, eligible payment or an approved deferred tuition agreement.

Payments

Tuition and fees are shown before you pay and are charged in U.S. dollars. We offer card payments and Cash App Pay through our card processor, PayPal, and cryptocurrency through our cryptocurrency processor, where those methods are enabled. Payment details are handled by the applicable processor under its own terms. Enrollment access is confirmed after the payment is verified; a return to a confirmation page does not by itself grant access.

Refunds

Refund eligibility and timing are set out in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms. Confirmed cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable. Please review the Refund Policy before paying.

Deferred tuition

Deferred tuition is an application-based option offered to U.S. residents unless we expressly enable it elsewhere. It is separate from ordinary refunds and is governed by the specific deferred tuition agreement and disclosures presented before you sign. See the Deferred Tuition page and the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or interfere with security features.
• Do not share account credentials or paid course content outside your individual license.
• Use offensive-security techniques taught in our courses only lawfully, with authorization, and within the scope permitted by the course materials.

Intellectual property

Course materials, labs, text, branding, and the original expression of our content are owned by CyberAI Innovations or its licensors and are provided for your individual learning use. The underlying public techniques, tools, and concepts are not owned by us. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell paid content without permission.

Credential verification limits

A CyberAI credential reflects completion of our training and the associated mastery requirements. It is not a government license or an industry certification, and it does not guarantee certification passage, employment, or any outcome. Verification records confirm the existence and status of a credential only.

AI and blockchain disclaimers

Some features use artificial intelligence to assist with content and personalization; AI outputs may contain errors and should not be relied on as professional advice. Where blockchain credential records are offered, on-chain settlement and verification are subject to network conditions outside our control. Neither AI nor blockchain features change the outcome disclaimers in these terms.

No guarantees of outcomes

CyberAI Innovations training is educational. We do not promise or guarantee employment, hiring, job placement, certification examination passage, a particular income, wages, or any specific career outcome. Outcomes depend on each learner’s effort, background, employers, and other factors outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CyberAI Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a program will not exceed the amount you paid for that program.

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Most concerns can be resolved by contacting us first. To the extent permitted by law, you and CyberAI Innovations agree that disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered in the State of Georgia, on an individual basis, and you and CyberAI Innovations waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain waivers, in which case those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
