CyberAI Innovations is committed to making our website and secure learning environment usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technologies. This statement describes our approach and how to request support or accommodations.

Our commitment

We design and build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard. Accessibility is an ongoing effort; some areas may not yet fully meet every criterion, and we prioritize fixes as we identify them.

Keyboard and screen reader support

We aim to make interactive elements reachable and operable with a keyboard, to preserve a logical focus order, and to provide text alternatives and semantic structure so screen readers can convey content and controls. We test core flows, including enrollment and the learning experience, against these expectations.

Learning accessibility supports

  • Readable typography, sufficient color contrast, and resizable text in the secure learning environment.
  • Structured course content with headings and descriptive links to aid navigation.
  • Flexible pacing so learners can work through hands-on labs and assessments at a reasonable pace.

Captions, transcripts, and AI media

Where we provide instructional video or AI-generated presenter or avatar media, we aim to include captions and, where practical, transcripts so the content is accessible without sound. AI-generated media is reviewed for clarity, and we treat captioning and transcript availability as part of delivering that media. If a specific media item is missing an accessible alternative you need, contact us and we will provide one.

Requesting accommodations

If you need an accommodation to access our website, enroll, or participate in a program, contact support@cyber-ai.tech. Please describe the barrier and the assistive technology you use so we can respond effectively. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests promptly and to provide a reasonable accommodation or an accessible alternative.
