Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when course payments are eligible for a refund, how to request one, and how we handle cryptocurrency payments, deferred tuition, chargebacks, and duplicate payments. For refund or account questions, contact support@cyber-ai.tech.

How to request a refund

Email support@cyber-ai.tech with the subject line “Refund request,” the email used at checkout, the course name, and the approximate payment date. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days and to decide eligible requests within ten business days, with approved refunds issued to the original payment method.

Course refund timing and eligibility

  • Within 7 days of purchase and before progressing past the first chapter: eligible for a full refund of the course tuition.
  • Within 7 days of purchase, after progressing past the first chapter but completing less than 25% of the course: eligible for a refund of tuition less a reasonable administrative and materials fee disclosed at checkout.
  • After 7 days, or after completing 25% or more of the course, or after any final assessment attempt: tuition is generally non-refundable, except where required by the consumer-protection or education law of your state of residence.
  • Included certification exam vouchers that have been issued or redeemed are non-refundable, because they are delivered by third parties.

Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable

Confirmed cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable. Blockchain settlement cannot be reversed once the network confirms the transaction, and network, processor, and settlement costs are non-recoverable. If you may want the option of a refund, please choose card, Cash App Pay, or PayPal instead.

Deferred tuition is separate from ordinary refunds

If you were approved for deferred tuition, your obligations are governed by your signed deferred tuition agreement and its disclosures, not by this ordinary refund schedule. Withdrawing from a program does not by itself cancel a deferred tuition obligation. Contact support@cyber-ai.tech to discuss your specific agreement.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact support@cyber-ai.tech first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of course access pending review. We respond to chargebacks with transaction and access records.

Duplicate payments

If you are charged more than once for the same course due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full to the original payment method once verified. Report duplicate charges to support@cyber-ai.tech with both transaction references if available.

Program cancelled by CyberAI Innovations

If we cancel a program before you begin it, you may choose a full refund of tuition paid or a transfer to a comparable program.

No outcome guarantees

CyberAI Innovations training is educational. We do not promise or guarantee employment, hiring, job placement, certification examination passage, a particular income, wages, or any specific career outcome. Outcomes depend on each learner’s effort, background, employers, and other factors outside our control.
