Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information CyberAI Innovations collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights you have. It covers our public website, enrollment and checkout, the secure learning environment, AI-assisted features, and credential verification.
Effective June 2, 2026. Last updated June 2, 2026.
Who we are
CyberAI Innovations operates in the United States and provides applied technology training in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, robotics, and software, together with related services. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean CyberAI Innovations.
Information we collect
- Account and enrollment data: name, email, and the training you select when you create an account or enroll.
- Payment data: when you pay, our payment processors (for example, the card and Cash App Pay network through our card processor, PayPal, or our cryptocurrency processor) handle your payment details under their own terms. We receive a confirmation and limited transaction metadata; we do not collect or store full card numbers on our site.
- Learning data: course progress, quiz and assessment results, lab submissions, time on task, and completion records generated as you learn in the secure learning environment.
- Deferred tuition application data: if you apply for deferred tuition, we collect the identity and eligibility information needed to evaluate the application. This may include a government identifier such as a Social Security number. Sensitive identifiers are described at a high level in the “Sensitive information” section below.
- Support and contact data: messages you send us and records of our correspondence.
- Technical data: limited, privacy-preserving website activity (such as page paths) used to keep the site reliable. We honor browser Do Not Track signals for this activity.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account, deliver training, and track your progress and completion.
- To process payments and, where applicable, evaluate deferred tuition applications.
- To provide credential eligibility and verification, and to operate AI-assisted learning features.
- To provide support, send service messages, and improve our programs.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.
Artificial intelligence use
We use AI to help build and personalize learning content, generate practice labs aligned to your role and progress, and support instructional features. AI-assisted features are designed to support, not replace, human review of learning content. AI outputs can contain errors; important decisions about your credential eligibility and completion are governed by defined mastery rules and human oversight, not by AI alone. We do not sell your personal information to train third-party AI models.
Blockchain credentials
Where credential records are offered, a credential may be associated with a verification record. Any information published for verification is minimized and does not expose sensitive personal data. Credential eligibility is computed from completion and mastery rules; it does not by itself guarantee any license, certification, or employment outcome.
Sensitive information
We limit our collection and use of sensitive information to what is necessary for a specific, disclosed purpose. Where a government identifier such as a Social Security number is required for a deferred tuition application, it is collected through a secure channel, stored in a restricted, encrypted vault with access limited to authorized personnel, access to it is logged, and it is retained only for as long as there is a legal or operational need before it is deleted or rendered unrecoverable. We do not publish, sell, or share sensitive identifiers for advertising.
How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf (such as payment processors, hosting, email delivery, and the secure learning environment) under contracts that limit their use, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations, after which we delete it or render it unrecoverable. Sensitive identifiers tied to a deferred tuition application are subject to the stricter retention and deletion controls described above.
Your privacy rights and global framework
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. We aim to honor recognized privacy frameworks, including the principles reflected in U.S. state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended), the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation for individuals in those regions, and comparable frameworks such as Canada’s PIPEDA and Brazil’s LGPD where they apply. This Policy describes the controls we currently operate; it is not a claim that we are certified under, or fully compliant with, every framework in every circumstance. We continue to mature our controls as our programs launch.
To exercise privacy rights or request deletion, contact data@cyber-ai.tech. See Your Privacy Choices for opt-out and request details.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, including access controls, encryption of sensitive identifiers, audit logging of sensitive-data access, and secure handling of secrets. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and for learners enrolled through approved programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner inconsistent with applicable law.
