Your Privacy Choices
This page explains the privacy choices available to you, our position on the sale and sharing of personal information, how we limit sensitive data, and how to submit a privacy request.

Opt-out and your controls
You can opt out of non-essential communications using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting data@cyber-ai.tech. You can manage cookies through your browser; see our Cookie Notice.
Sale and sharing of personal information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because we do not sell or share in this sense, there is no “Do Not Sell or Share” transaction to opt out of; if our practices ever change, we will provide a clear opt-out here before doing so.
Analytics
We use limited, privacy-preserving activity measurement to keep the site reliable, and we honor browser Do Not Track signals for that measurement. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.
Sensitive data limitation
We limit the use of sensitive information, such as a government identifier collected for a deferred tuition application, to the specific purpose for which it was provided. We do not use sensitive information for advertising or sell it, and we apply restricted, encrypted storage with logged access and defined retention. You may direct us to limit use of sensitive information beyond what is necessary for the disclosed purpose.
Data subject requests
Depending on your location, you may request to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To submit a request, email data@cyber-ai.tech with the nature of your request and the email associated with your account. We will verify your identity before acting and aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (for example, within 45 days under California law or 30 days under GDPR, with extensions where permitted). You may authorize an agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.
Appeals
If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision or contacting legal@cyber-ai.tech.
