LMS and learner records

If you enroll or receive access to the learning management system, we may collect learner account information, login records, course access history, course activity, assignments, uploads, quiz or assessment responses, grades, feedback, messages, progress data, attendance information, completion status, certificates, credential records, and administrative notes. If an apprenticeship program is active, we may also collect clock in and clock out records, hour logs, supervisor review information, competency records, corrections to missed clock entries, and related documentation required to administer the program.

Technical, security, and device information

We may collect limited technical information, such as browser type, device information, IP address, pages visited, referral information, approximate location derived from technical data, error logs, authentication logs, and security logs. We use this information to operate, protect, debug, and improve the site, LMS, payment handoff, credential features, and related systems.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, process enrollment requests and applications, evaluate candidates for posted employment or apprenticeship openings, operate the site and LMS, provide learner services, track progress, administer apprenticeship records where applicable, process payment status, issue or verify credentials, maintain security, communicate with you, comply with legal obligations, and protect CyberAI, learners, clients, and the public.

Payment information

CyberAI does not collect or store full payment card numbers on this site. Card and Cash App Pay transactions are processed by Stripe when online card checkout is active. PayPal transactions are processed by PayPal when PayPal checkout is active. Cryptocurrency payments are accepted only through an approved invoice, wallet, accounting, tax, and compliance process and are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law after network confirmation. Payment providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy practices.

AI, learning analytics, and human review

Where our programs use artificial intelligence, learning analytics, or automated assistance, related data may be used to support instruction, administrative review, security, content improvement, learner support, and record integrity. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. CyberAI does not use automated systems alone to make final decisions about employment, apprenticeship selection, enrollment eligibility, discipline, or credential issuance where human review is required.

Credential verification and blockchain records

Credential verification may use digital records, hashes, identifiers, metadata, or blockchain based records to help confirm whether a credential record is authentic. CyberAI avoids placing unnecessary personal information directly on public blockchain records. Because blockchain records may be difficult or impossible to change or delete, public credential verification uses the minimum information needed for verification and is designed to protect learner privacy.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate the site and services, such as with payment providers, LMS providers or administrators, hosting providers, email providers, security tools, credential verification providers, analytics providers, professional advisors, business service providers, government or regulatory authorities where required, and other parties when needed to comply with law, enforce terms, protect rights, or complete a transaction you requested. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for their own unrelated marketing.

International visitors

CyberAI is headquartered in Georgia, United States. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate. Where applicable law requires transfer protections, we will use appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards.

Global privacy rights

Privacy rights vary by location. CyberAI maintains a separate Global Privacy Rights Framework that describes common rights and operational controls for GDPR, UK GDPR, U.S. state privacy laws, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Singapore, and other jurisdictions. Sensitive information

Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health information, full financial account numbers, biometric information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms unless CyberAI specifically provides a secure process for that information. If an apprenticeship, employment, payment, identity, or legally required workflow requires sensitive information, CyberAI will provide a separate secure workflow and appropriate disclosures.

Children

This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Dispute terms

Disputes related to this Privacy Policy, personal information, LMS records, credential records, payment status, or services are subject to the dispute resolution, Georgia arbitration, class action waiver, and governing law provisions in the Terms and Conditions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
