Refund Policy
The refund rules that apply to CyberAI Innovations training purchases, course access, digital content, and service based enrollment.

Scope
This Refund Policy applies to paid CyberAI Innovations training programs, digital course access, live or cohort based instruction, application or enrollment fees if charged, custom training services, and related program purchases made through CyberAI or an approved payment provider. If a separate written agreement is signed for a business, government, apprenticeship, or custom training engagement, that signed agreement controls if it conflicts with this policy.
Cancellation before LMS access
A learner may request cancellation and a full refund within seven calendar days after payment if CyberAI has not yet granted LMS access, released downloadable course materials, delivered live instruction, issued a credential, or begun individualized services for that learner. The request must be sent to support@cyber-ai.tech before the seven day period expires.
Cancellation after LMS access begins
After LMS access is granted, the purchase becomes a digital education product. CyberAI may approve a partial refund only if the request is received within seven calendar days after payment and the learner has not completed more than ten percent of the course, downloaded restricted materials, submitted assessments, attended live instruction, used one on one services, received a certificate, or triggered credential issuance. CyberAI may deduct payment processor fees, nonrecoverable provider fees, and the value of accessed services where allowed by law.
No refund after substantial use
No refund is available after substantial use of a program. Substantial use includes completing more than ten percent of a course, accessing multiple modules in a way that indicates course consumption, downloading restricted materials, attending a live session, submitting an assignment or assessment, receiving individualized instructor feedback, receiving administrative processing for an apprenticeship or employer program, receiving a certificate, or receiving a credential record.
Live cohorts, workshops, and scheduled services
For live cohorts, workshops, or scheduled services, a full refund is available only if the request is received at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date and no LMS access or restricted materials have been provided. Requests received less than seven calendar days before the start date are not refundable unless CyberAI cancels the session or applicable law requires a different result.
Custom business or government training
Custom training, government services, business training, curriculum design, technical services, and consulting work are nonrefundable once CyberAI begins work, allocates personnel, creates customized materials, attends kickoff meetings, or reserves delivery capacity, unless the signed agreement states otherwise. If CyberAI cancels an engagement before work begins, prepaid amounts for undelivered work will be refunded.
Application, administrative, and screening fees
If CyberAI charges a separate application, administrative, screening, placement, or assessment fee, that fee is nonrefundable once the related review, screening, administrative processing, or assessment access begins, unless the checkout page or signed agreement states that the fee is refundable.
Certification exam vouchers
Some CyberAI training programs include two approved certification exam vouchers as noncash program benefits. Exam vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable unless CyberAI expressly allows it in writing, and may be issued only after CyberAI confirms the learner has met the applicable readiness, identity, payment, attendance, academic, and certification provider requirements. Once CyberAI purchases, assigns, issues, reserves, or otherwise commits an exam voucher for a learner, the value of that voucher is nonrefundable unless applicable law requires a different result or CyberAI expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Cryptocurrency payments
Cryptocurrency payments are final after network confirmation and are nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law. CyberAI does not issue voluntary refunds for cryptocurrency transactions because blockchain transfers, network fees, wallet fees, conversion costs, custody costs, accounting reconciliation, and tax treatment cannot be reliably reversed after confirmation. CyberAI is not responsible for market price movement, wallet address errors supplied by the payer, blockchain congestion, irreversible transfers, network fees, conversion differences, or tax consequences.
Cash App Pay, PayPal, and card payments
Credit card, debit card, Cash App Pay, and PayPal refunds are returned to the original payment method when technically available. Payment processor rules, card network rules, bank timelines, fraud controls, and account limitations may affect whether and when funds are returned. Processor fees are not guaranteed to be returned unless the provider returns them to CyberAI.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If a learner files a chargeback, PayPal dispute, bank dispute, or similar reversal request while also requesting a refund from CyberAI, CyberAI may pause the internal refund review until the provider process is complete. CyberAI may suspend LMS access, credential issuance, or enrollment processing while a payment is disputed. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account termination and collection of amounts owed where allowed by law.
Provider cancellation or CyberAI cancellation
If CyberAI cancels a paid program before delivery and does not provide a reasonable substitute, CyberAI will refund the amount paid for the cancelled program. CyberAI is not responsible for indirect costs such as lost wages, equipment, travel, internet, software, exam fees paid to third parties, or other expenses unless a signed agreement expressly says otherwise.
No outcome based refunds
Refunds are not available because a learner does not obtain a job, interview, promotion, certification, apprenticeship placement, wage increase, government benefit, financial aid approval, employer sponsorship, or any other outcome. CyberAI does not guarantee employment, wages, certification, licensure, apprenticeship openings, public funding, private funding, or third party recognition.
How to request a refund
To request a refund for an eligible non cryptocurrency transaction, email support@cyber-ai.tech with the subject line Refund Request. Include your full name, email address used at purchase, phone number, program name, purchase date, payment method, transaction or receipt number if available, whether LMS access has started, and the reason for the request.
Review timeline
CyberAI will acknowledge refund requests within five business days when the request contains enough information to identify the purchase. CyberAI will approve, deny, or request more information within fifteen business days after receiving a complete request. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment provider within ten business days after approval, but the provider or receiving bank controls when funds appear in the account.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any nonwaivable refund, cancellation, chargeback, consumer protection, or statutory right that applies in your jurisdiction. Where applicable law requires a different refund rule, CyberAI will follow that law for the affected transaction.
