Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern use of this site and our programs and services.
Read TermsOur policies, disclosures, and the commitments we make to learners, clients, and partners. We aim to be plain about what we do and what we do not promise.
The terms that govern use of this site and our programs and services.
Read TermsHow we collect, use, and protect personal information.
Read Privacy PolicyOur commitment to an accessible, usable experience for everyone.
Read Accessibility StatementA jurisdiction aware framework for privacy rights, data transfers, and operational controls.
Read Global Privacy RightsOur programs are designed to build skills and knowledge. Completing a program develops capability; it does not guarantee certification, licensure, a credential recognized by any particular body, employment, wages, or any specific career outcome. Statements about what learners will be able to do describe instructional goals, not promises.
Our coursework and some of our services may incorporate artificial intelligence tools. AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. AI generated content should always be reviewed by a qualified person before it is relied upon. We design for human oversight and do not present AI outputs as infallible.
We may maintain records of completed work that can be made available for independent verification, including through blockchain based records. This is a record keeping feature intended to make a record harder to alter after the fact. It is not an accreditation, a license, or a guarantee of competency, and it does not by itself carry any external recognition. Public credential records should use the minimum information needed for verification and should not expose unnecessary personal information.
CyberAI may use a learning management system to deliver coursework, track learner progress, store submissions, record assessment results, communicate with learners, administer apprenticeship hour records when applicable, and support credential issuance. LMS records may include personal information and should be handled under the Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, and applicable record retention requirements.
Payment options are processed by third party providers under their own terms. CyberAI does not collect or store full payment card details on this site. Availability of any payment method depends on provider approval, live pricing, refund controls, accounting controls, security review, and enrollment handoff readiness. Enrollment in any program is subject to the applicable terms and to the program being available.
Payment methods are available only when the relevant provider configuration is active and approved for use. A payment option shown as unavailable is not an offer of financing, credit, educational aid, workforce funding, scholarship support, or deferred payment.
CyberAI does not publicly offer Pell Grant funding, workforce funding, income share agreements, scholarships, credit, deferred tuition, or payment extensions unless the specific option is displayed as active with the required application, disclosures, eligibility terms, servicing terms, and written agreement.
Additional notices are available for cookies, refunds, privacy choices, global privacy rights, and accessibility. These pages govern the public website, enrollment workflows, payment handoff, privacy requests, and accessibility support process.
Nothing on this site is a promise of a job, an apprenticeship position, a placement, an interview, hiring, advancement, wages, or employment of any kind. References to apprenticeship frameworks and workforce programs describe structures and standards, not guaranteed outcomes.
References to standards and bodies such as the U.S. Department of Labor, FISMA, FedRAMP, and CMMC describe frameworks we design toward or work within. They do not assert a current registration, sponsorship, certification, authorization, or award unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
We want this site and our programs to be usable by everyone, and we work toward conformance with recognized accessibility guidelines. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us at support@cyber-ai.tech so we can help and improve.
The Terms and Conditions include a binding individual arbitration clause, class action waiver, Georgia governing law provision, and Georgia arbitration venue language to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Visitors, learners, applicants, clients, and users should review those terms before submitting information, enrolling, accessing the LMS, or using CyberAI services.
